# Règlement entreprises

## Fonctionnement général

* Une entreprise doit avoir une activité RP claire, utile et cohérente.
* Le patron est responsable de son entreprise et du comportement de ses employés.
* Les employés doivent respecter leur hiérarchie et leur rôle.
* Les services proposés doivent rester réalistes et adaptés à l’économie du serveur.
* Une entreprise doit rester active et proposer des scènes RP régulières.

## Factures, contrats et services

* Une facture doit correspondre à un vrai service RP.
* Les abus de facturation sont interdits.
* Les publicités doivent rester propres, cohérentes et non abusives.
* Les contrats, partenariats et recrutements doivent avoir une logique RP.
* Les prix doivent rester raisonnables et cohérents avec l’économie du serveur.

## Interdictions

* Utiliser une entreprise uniquement comme couverture illégale est interdit.
* Vider les comptes d’une entreprise sans raison RP valable est interdit.
* Voler les véhicules, stocks ou biens de son entreprise sans scène RP solide est interdit.
* Abuser de son grade pour forcer un joueur à accepter une scène est interdit.
